With multifunctionality predestined for countless control tasks!
The Control PLCs from 4WEB-Automation are equipped with a high-performance ARM® Cortex A8 @ 1 GHz and already have Linux RT pre-installed as the operating system. This can be advantageous for the user, e.g. for own extensions.
The Control PLCs of the DT300 series also have connections such as 2 x Ethernet and 1 x USB. With the integrated 2 Ethernet ports, simple line cabling can be realised without additional network peripherals, saving space and costs. With a working memory of 512 MB, this product family also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of a reliable, industrial automation solution. CAN 2A/B and J1939 applications can be realised with the additional CAN port.
The Phoenix housing offers, among other things, simple top-hat rail mounting. The removable memory enables quick device replacement by simply swapping the SD card. Commissioning is also extremely simple, as the image can simply be copied.
Other features, such as two IP addresses for separating machine LAN and shop floor LAN, as well as a pre installed FLECS system with various industrial options make the DT300 product series extremely multifunctional.
In case FLECS is not pre installed on your DT300, follow these steps:
Step 1: Install FLECS
To proceed be sure to
– Connect the DT300 to your local network with a network cable.
– Connect the DT300 to the power supply and let it boot.
Enter the following command into the command line of your DT300:
Step 2: Use FLECS
After your DT300 has rebooted, you can access the FLECS UI by just entering the ip address, or hostname of your DT300 followed by the port 8080 in your browser.
