For the professional use of FLECS we recommend the conclusion of an extended support contract. In this contract, we will answer your questions about app setup, installation and updates, as well as the basic features of FLECS.

Fatal Error (Error Class 1): 4 hours
Definition: The use of the Contractual Service is no longer possible overall, only to a very limited extent, with considerable delays or other malfunctions.
Medium Error (Error Class 2): 6 hours
Definition: The use of the Contractual Service is limited, but possible with certain restrictions.
Slight Error: Part of the next version of the Software
Definition: All errors that cannot be assigned to another error class.
For this support we charge a monthly fee of 999 EUR.
Of course, you can cancel the contract on a monthly basis. Please note that we cannot provide support in this support plan if you have whitelabeled FLECS. You should then go for the “Support for whitelabeled FLECS” support plan. Furthermore our terms and conditions apply.
