You are responsible for an expensive machine park and have the task of getting the most out of your investments? Then we are pleased that you have found us here.

With oee.ai we help you to determine the productivity of your production in real time, to identify productivity potentials and to motivate your employees for optimization. By using oee.ai you get the maximum out of your manufacturing – in cooperation with your team.

In the following sections we will give you an overview of oee.ai. Production optimization is complex, the environment is dynamic, the technology is developing rapidly. This description gives only a small overview. Feel free to reach out about your specific requirements. Because no production is like the other.

Customize your OEE reporting according to your needs

The widget-based reporting of oee.ai can be configured individually and in a language of your choice. A wide range of analyses are available: Top availability, performance and quality losses separated by categories, various KPI from OEE to MTTR or MTBF as well as different time series analyses are usable. This flexibility allows you to generate exactly the reports you and your colleagues need to work effectively. The colleagues in maintenance need a report that shows and analyzes all technical machine losses – no problem! Or a report for the management with the most important KPI of each production plant – done!

Gain detailed insights with cutting-edge data analytics

Everyone has data, but only a few have information. For this reason, at oee.ai we are not satisfied with just collecting data and displaying them. We want to create added value through information! Data streams are evaluated with the help of AI algorithms and Advanced Analytics: Anomalies (e.g. clusters of root causes of losses) are identified, downtimes are predicted, suggestions for actions can be made. An algorithm library enables fast results – and an easy start for newcomers in this field. Individual analyses can simply be created by your data analysts via our Jupyter hub. By using Python as programming language, they have all degrees of freedom.

Increase the motivation of your employees through gamification

The current discussion on advanced manufacturing is dominated primarily by approaches that focus on the use of data to optimize equipment and processes. The focus on employees often falls by the wayside, even though effective use of production capacity often depends on the employee. To actively involve employees in the improvement process and increase their engagement, oee.ai provides gamified visualizations and messages. For example, positive trends (e.g., reduction in setup times, increase in MTBF) are recognized by algorithms and displayed on Andon boards.

Easily exchange data with equipment and IT systems

oee.ai relies entirely on an open system architecture. This makes both input and output interfaces simple. As input, oee.ai requires the machine data, which is usually transmitted in the modern MQTT format. In addition, the inclusion of production orders from an existing ERP system is optional and can be easily transferred to oee.ai through an API.

oee.ai provides full documentation of the API endpoints, so that even technically experienced colleagues can access all data easily. This way the data can be transferred to MS Excel or any other system. oee.ai is not the next data silo – That is our promise.
