In addition to the email and chat support services, we will also help you with questions about FLECS customization options.
What you get

Response times
Fatal Error (Error Class 1): 4 hours
Definition: The use of the Contractual Service is no longer possible overall, only to a very limited extent, with considerable delays or other malfunctions.
Medium Error (Error Class 2): 6 hours
Definition: The use of the Contractual Service is limited, but possible with certain restrictions.
Slight Error: Part of the next version of the Software
Definition: All errors that cannot be assigned to another error class.
For this support we charge a monthly fee of 1999 EUR.
Of course, you can cancel the contract on a monthly basis. Furthermore our terms and conditions apply.
